Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 c. black walnuts
Preparation
    Dice apples.
    Sprinkle sugar over apples.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, egg and oil.
    Stir by hand, then add nuts. After, mix well.
    Pour into cake mold that has been greased with shortening (not oil) and floured.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
