Oreo Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, soften
1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crumble
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 Tbsp. instant coffee (optional)

Preparation

Soften ice cream and crumble cookies.
Mix together with electric mixer until well blended.
Add Cool Whip and instant coffee (optional).
Mix together, then spread in 13 x 9-inch pan. Freeze.
Serve by cutting into squares.
