Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2/3 c. milk
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients; cook until soft ball.
    Remove and cool 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour into mixer; add butter and vanilla.
    Beat at speed 8 on mixer for 6 to 8 minutes, until candy loses glossy look.
