Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
10 pineapple slices
1/2 c. cream
3 Tbsp. pineapple preserves
Preparation

Mix cream cheese well.
Whip cream stiff; mix in pecans, mayonnaise and preserves.
Drain pineapple; place on lettuce. Fill center with cheese mixture.
Place cherry on top.
