John Wayne'S Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) cans (or less) green chilies, drained
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated coarsely
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated coarsely
    4 egg whites
    4 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. Milnot
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Remove seeds from chiles and dice.
    In large bowl, combine cheese and chiles.
    Pour in well buttered, shallow 2-quart casserole.
    In large bowl, mix at high speed the egg whites to stiff peaks.
    In smal bowl, mix egg yolks, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
    Fold egg whites into milk mixture. Drizzle over cheese and chiles.
    Bake 30 minutes, then remove from oven.
    Put sliced tomatoes in a ring around top of casserole. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes longer.
