Sweet Pecan Smoked Beef Or Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt (noniodized)
    1/4 c. paprika
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Boil ribs until tender but not falling apart, about an hour. Cut into serving sizes, about 3 servings per side of ribs. Dip in sauce and put in a covered roasting pan. Cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
