Hot Fudge Walnut Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. flour
    7 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa, divided
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    sweetened whipped cream
    chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, stir 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in milk, butter and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Pour batter into an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
