Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent roll dough
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese (fat-free)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. horseradish*
    4 c. chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, etc.)
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    First, separate sheets of crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; lay on a greased cookie sheet.
    Press and seal seams.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth; spread mixture over entire baked crust.
    Top with chopped raw vegetables (any substitutions will do).
    Pieces should be small.
    Top with grated cheese of your choice.
