Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    3 small bunches green onions, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    3 c. cooked ham, chicken, pork or beef, diced
    soy sauce
    butter
    1 c. onion (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to directions.
    In a large frying pan, heat butter.
    Mix in green onion, pepper (if using onion, mix in now) and cook until tender over medium flame.
    Add rice and meat. Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
