Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 (12 oz.) jar honey mustard salad dressing, chilled
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Dip chicken pieces into 3/4 cup dressing. Coat with stuffing. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Mix remaining dressing and orange juice in saucepan. Heat through. Serve with chicken for dipping. Makes 40 appetizers.
