Roast Beef And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef roast
    Woodies barbecue sauce
    meat tenderizer
    1 large onion
    salt
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    2 to 3 carrots
    garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice veggies.
    The night (or morning) before cooking, rub both sides of roast with meat tenderizer.
    Let stand until 1 hour before preparing the roast.
    Then marinate with Woodies barbecue sauce.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Brown slightly over char que coals.
    When slightly brown, place in Dutch oven on top of veggies (salt and pepper to taste).
    Use garlic on roast before cooking covered.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
