Mike'S Crab And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Paul Prudhomme's Pork and Veal Magic to taste
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
Preparation

Saute green onions and garlic in butter or margarine until tender.
Add Pork and Veal Magic.
Blend in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with hot French bread.
