Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini, unpeeled
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil onion and zucchini 5 minutes in salted water.
    Drain. Combine soup, sour cream and carrots.
    Mix with zucchini and onion.
