Tiny Tofu Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. regular tofu, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
24 vanilla wafers
dark sweet cherry pie filling and topping

Preparation

Place tofu on paper towel and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
Crumble and place in blender along with cream cheese, egg, sugar and almond extract.
Whirl until smooth and creamy.
