Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 medium onions, cut in eighths
    2 medium potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
Preparation
    Combine beef, flour, salt, marjoram and pepper in a 3-quart casserole.
    Stir to coat.
    Dissolve bouillon granules in hot water.
    Add to meat; cover.
    Microwave at High for 10 minutes; stir.
    Reduce power to Low.
    Microwave for 30 minutes.
    Stir in the vegetables; re-cover.
    Microwave at Low for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender, stirring 2 times.
    Serves 6 to 8.
