Cajun Country Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. cleaned shrimp
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. pimentos
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 pt. crabmeat
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt the cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter in double boiler.
    Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet and saute shrimp until they turn pink, 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add vegetables and continue to saute until wilted.
    Add melted cream cheese, butter and soup.
    Mix well.
    Add pimentos, seasonings, crabmeat and rice.
    Mix well.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
    Serves 8.
