Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat (backfin or regular)
2 Tbsp. onion, minced fine
2 ribs celery, minced fine
1 medium pickle, minced fine
8 stuffed green olives, minced fine
8 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Make a dressing from the last 5 ingredients and combine the two together.
Chill thoroughly.
Garnish with paprika and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
