Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. salt or onion salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 large potatoes, unpeeled
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    425\u00b0.
    In
    a small saucepan over low heat, melt
    butter; stir in catsup, mustard, paprika and salt until well
    mixed.
    Cut each potato into 4 wedges; slash each wedge crosswise at 1/4 inch intervals, but do not cut through skin. Place
    potatoes, skin side down, on cookie sheet; brush potatoes with
    1/3 of butter mixture.
    Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    (Brush potatoes occasionally with remaining
    butter
    mixture during baking.) Makes 4 servings.
