Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. regular flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Mix
sugar and flour; add slightly beaten eggs, pecans, butterscotch
chips, vanilla and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake
1 hour at 325\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Serve with whipped
cream or Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Do not refrigerate after it is made or leftover.
