Hot Deviled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4)
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes according to package directions (make on the dry side).
    Heat sour cream (do not boil).
    Add mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar; stir to blend.
    Mix into hot potatoes with onion.
    Immediately turn into 1-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
