Charcoal Grilled Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 club steaks, cut 1-inch thick
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place steaks in shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steaks, coating all sides.
    Marinate several hours in refrigerator, turning once.
    Place on grill and sear on both sides.
    Raise grill to about 5 inches from coals. Cook 15 minutes, turning once, or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
