Kay Crum'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 large can Pet milk
    5 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    large pkg. chocolate chips
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook together 9 minutes (no longer), stirring constantly the first 4 ingredients. After the mixture starts to boil is when you start counting your 9 minutes.
    After 9 minutes of boiling, set off stove eye and add large package of chocolate chips (or butterscotch, if desired).
    Stir in well.
    Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and at least 1 cup of chopped nuts (pecans, black walnuts or English walnuts).
    Stir well and pour out on a buttered pan or paper.
    Makes 5 pounds.
