Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) bags chopped frozen broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 stick margarine, divided in half
1/4 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed finely
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well. Add 1/2 stick margarine and Velveeta.
Stir until melted.
Put into prepared casserole dish.
Melt remaining margarine.
Stir in cracker crumbs.
Spread evenly on broccoli and cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0
oven until bubbly.
