Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns, thawed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion in margarine.
    Add thawed hash brown potatoes, soup and sour cream; stir well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and pour mixture into pan. Cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
