Texas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pinto beans with jalapeno
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    18 corn tortillas, torn in small pieces
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion and garlic.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
    Layer, beginning with meat.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
