Pastry Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c flour, sifted
    1 c butter
    1 pkg dry yeast
    3 egg yolks
    1 c sour cream
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over flour and cut in butter.
    Blend in egg yolks and cream, combine well, divide into 4 parts, put in a covered bowl and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
