Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    packaged sliced ham
    packaged sliced Swiss cheese, cut in 1/2
    flour
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts on one side and then turn them over.
    Put sliced ham and Swiss cheese in chicken; roll up and put toothpicks in them to hold them together.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Roll the chicken in the seasoned flour.
    Place in a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If the flour is still white, pick up all that came out and put it back in.
    Serve with wild rice and sauce.
