Green Onion Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 scallions, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. watercress, packed
    1 tsp. tarragon, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Will keep 5 to 7 days.
    Stir before serving. Makes 1 cup.
