Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. lemon rind (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix 2 cups flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar well.
    Pack into 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
    Bake 20 minutes.
