Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. baking soda (use 1/2 tsp. if using self-rising flour)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mash bananas in large bowl; add eggs, butter and vanilla flavoring.
    Stir well, then add flour, sugar, baking soda and pecans.
    Mix well (mixer not needed).
    Grease and flour pan. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook until golden or toothpick comes out clean for 35 to 45 minutes depending on oven.
