Pistachio Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    2 (9 oz.) cartons whipped topping
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple and juice
    2 c. mini marshmallows (colored)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the pudding mix and the pineapple (including juice).
    Either beat with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes, until the mixture is somewhat thickened, or stir with a spoon until it begins to thicken.
    Add whipped topping; fold in with rubber spatula.
    Fold in marshmallows.
    Refrigerate.
    May be stored for several days.
