Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried or fresh parsley
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce. Form into loaf and put in a shallow 7 x 9-inch pan. Pour remaining 1/2 can tomato sauce over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
