Italian-Style Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz. each) jars marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
    4 grilled chicken breast halves, cut in bite-size pieces
    6 c. bite-size pieces romaine lettuce
    2 (6 oz. each) jars roasted red peppers, drained and cut in bite-size pieces
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pour artichoke hearts and marinade into a large serving bowl. Cut artichoke hearts in half.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss to mix.
    Serve with red wine vinegar if you prefer a more acidic dressing.
