Creamy Caramel-Pecan Rolls - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
2 (14 to 16 oz.) loaves frozen sweet or white bread dough, thawed
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. light or dark raisins (optional)
Preparation

For Topping:
In a small mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar and whipping cream.
Divide evenly between two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans.
Sprinkle pecans evenly over sugar mixture.
