Refrigerator Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 to 4 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt and shortening.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve. Combine milk mixture, 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all-purpose flour.
    Beat well with electric mixer at medium speed, scraping the bowl occasionally, about 2 minutes.
    Add yeast mixture and eggs and beat well.
    Stir in enough remaining flours, a little at a time, to make a soft dough that leaves the sides of the bowl.
