Rene'S Famous Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 stick melted butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup and butter.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bake in moderate oven about 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Do not bake in too hot an oven or the nuts will burn and center will be runny.
