Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
    1 lb. ground sausage
    16 crushed Ritz crackers
    2 eggs, beaten
    chili sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Shape sausage into 8 patties.
    Wrap one patty around one cooked egg, covering completely.
    Roll each egg in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
    Serve with chili sauce, if desired.
