Cheese Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 roll garlic cheese
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Place in a shallow casserole. Melt butter, saute onion in butter;
    blend in soup and cheese. Pour over
    broccoli.
    Cover
    with
    Ritz crackers (crushed) or croutons. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
