Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage meat
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Make sausage into 1-inch balls and fry, turning often.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Add sausage balls and stir well. Cool, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Reheat and serve with picks.
