Mexican Mac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) bag macaroni
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder (more for taste)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat until done. Add chili powder to meat and mix in. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until soft. Add tomato sauce and corn. Mix together. Heat to a boil and turn down. Boil macaroni until done. Drain. Place macaroni on plate. Spoon mixture on macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
