Lavender Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lavender flowers
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. apple juice
4 oz. liquid pectin
Preparation

Combine flowers and apple juice. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Cover and steep 15 minutes. Strain. Return 2 cups juice to heat. Add sugar and bring to rolling boil. Stir in pectin. Boil 1 minute. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
