Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
3 c. biscuit mix
10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix raw sausage with dry biscuit mix.
Add cheese and knead. Shape into small balls and bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven on well-greased cookie sheet.
They can be frozen before or after baking.
