Special Days Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. apple, diced
    3/4 c. banana, diced
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1 c. pecans
    2 c. whole fresh strawberries
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding
    3 Tbsp. Tang orange drink powder
Preparation
    Drain and reserve liquid from pineapple and mandarin oranges. Mix all fruits and pecans in large bowl and toss.
    In separate bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, Tang and reserved fruit juices.
    Whip to make a thick sauce.
    Pour over fruit and allow to set in refrigerator overnight.
    Makes 12 to 14 servings.
