Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

6 medium zucchini
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. minced green pepper
2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, divided
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 c. crushed herbed stuffing mix
Preparation

Cut zucchini and squash in half lengthwise.
Scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving a 1/4-inch shell.
Chop seeds and pulp and set aside.
