Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 half dollar size new potatoes, washed
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper
    1/4 lb. butter (unsalted)
    6 cloves garlic, roasted with skin on
Preparation
    Cover the potatoes with water and cook until tender.
    Heat cream with butter.
    Add garlic with skin removed.
    Place everything in food mill or a ricer and process. Season and serve. Makes 6 servings.
