Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (measure uncooked, then cooked until tender)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown the meat with the onion, celery and garlic.
    Combine meat with all remaining ingredients (except chow mein noodles) and pour into 3-quart casserole. Do not salt.
    Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
