Moist Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. canned cream-style corn
    1/2 c. corn oil
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cornmeal and baking powder.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 12 x 9 x 2-inch buttered baking dish.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Delicious when you serve chili.
