Onion Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 4 oz. roquefort cheese
3 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. minced fresh parsley
assorted crackers

Preparation

In a mixing bowl.
Beat cheeses, onion and worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill.
Serve with crackers.
