Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. fresh mushrooms
    2 slices bread (in crumbs)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Tear bread into crumbs; place in saucepan.
    Add butter, onion and soy sauce; mix well over low heat.
    Pull stems off mushrooms and scoop out or hollow the mushrooms.
    Cut mushroom stems in pieces and add to mix.
    Cook 2 minutes on low heat.
    Spoon mix into mushroom caps and bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes in a shallow dish, then place in broiler for 3 minutes, until toasted.
    Serve warm.
