Chicken In Port Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 chicken breasts, cut in strips
    2 cloves garlic
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    2 c. Port wine
    1/2 c. sour cream
    roux (equal parts flour and butter)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat pan first, then add oil.
    Brown chicken.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook and remove to heated plate.
    Saute garlic, onion and mushrooms.
    Add chicken and Port wine.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Remove chicken again.
    Add sour cream and thicken with roux.
    Add pepper again to taste.
    Return chicken and serve over rice or pasta.
    Serves 4.
